Overview
Acts as the Society’s chief administrator and secretary. One-year elected term.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and archive minutes of every General Council and General Assembly meeting.
- Oversee all clubs and interest groups, track leadership, and collect termly activity reports.
- Keep the membership roster current and manage member data compliance.

Each Vice‑President has the right to form and lead a small team of officers (typically 2 - 4 students) to share responsibilities.
