Run for the council

Overview

The President is the chief representative and strategic lead of IMSOG. One-year elected term.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent IMSoG to the School of Medicine, AUTH administration, partner societies, and external bodies.
• Chair and set the agenda for every General Council meeting and at least one General Assembly per year.
• Define the Society’s annual vision, priorities, and workplan; monitor progress across the Council.
• Ensure all activities comply with the Constitution, bylaws, and University regulations.

Overview

The VP Academic Affairs safeguards IMSOG’s academic mission. One-year elected term.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and curate the digital repository of past exam papers, lecture notes, and study guides on Discord.
• Plan and run academic workshops (e.g., OSCE prep, research-skills sessions).
• Liaise with faculty on curriculum feedback raised by members.

Overview

Owns all outward-facing communications and brand assets for the Society. One-year elected term.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the website, social media channels, and broadcast e-mails.
• Draft and publish blog posts, event campaigns, and the annual IMSOG newspaper.
• Maintain a coherent visual identity across all platforms.
