The Obstetrics and Gynecology Interest Group is comprised of medical students with the shared goal of fostering engagement, and initiatives in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology. The group’s purpose is to provide students with exposure to the world of OB/GYN through a variety of activities, including informational meetings, shadowing opportunities, and collaborative research initiatives. Additional activities include participation in national conferences, networking with faculty and visiting speakers, and community outreach focused on women’s health.
The group is committed to supporting students as they explore the diverse career paths within OB/GYN—from general practice to subspecialties, promoting mentorship, advocacy, and leadership in the field.
